Framing the Future

Founder & CEO

Jalsa Urubshurow

The founder and CEO of NOMAD Framing and the NOMAD Group of companies, Jalsa, is a Kalmyk-Mongolian, born and raised in Howell Township, NJ – home of the first Mongolian community in the U.S. Jalsa learned the value of hard work and determination at an early age. After working as a carpenter alongside his family, he founded All•Tech Carpentry Contractors in 1988, leading it to be the first Certified Framing Contractor in the United States recognized by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the first to win the prestigious National Housing Quality Award. In 2016, Jalsa, in partnership with Pedro, formed the NOMAD Group of companies to target a new segment of the homebuilding market. Since then, NOMAD Framing has become the leading turnkey framing contractor in the NJ, NY, and PA tri-state area. Jalsa’s dedication to the highest professional standards is evident in every project. His innovative approach and technical expertise have made NOMAD Framing and its affiliates a force to be reckoned with in the industry, embodying the American dream. Jalsa’s entrepreneurial spirit also led him to found Nomadic Expeditions, the premier tour operator to Mongolia, where he established the Three Camel Lodge, a renowned 5-star ecolodge in the Gobi Desert. President

Pedro Loureiro

As the President of the Nomad Group and its affiliates, Pedro brings over 20 years of construction industry experience to his role. Born in Portugal, he immigrated to the United States as a child and started at All•Tech as a laborer at the age of 18. He steadily ascended through the ranks as a carpenter, foreman, and eventually Director of Production. Becoming President of All•Tech in 2014, Pedro propelled the business significantly through his leadership, earning the company numerous accolades. When they formed NOMAD Framing two years later, they built on their well-established culture that rejected the inefficiencies of off-site prefabrication and stick framing. Under his guidance, NOMAD has become the largest and most reliable turnkey framing provider in our market. Pedro’s contributions extend to the National Framers Council, where he served as President in 2020, developing and implementing best framing practices for the entire industry.
