Safety First, Always
At NOMAD, job site safety is paramount. We believe that training and awareness are the keys to a safe workplace. That's why our field personnel complete the OSHA 10-hour training program, and our Project Managers hold OSHA 30-hour certifications. Additionally, all team members are certified in CPR and first aid, OSHA rigging, and forklift operation. We have partnered with the National Framers Council™ and its FrameSAFE™ program to implement best practices and ensure the safety of our employees and subcontractors. Our fully documented Safety Program, developed in collaboration with FrameSAFE™, includes a Fall Protection Program, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and checklists. We conduct multiple daily safety walks on every project, and our weekly company "Tool Box Talks" address potential hazards and concerns across all of our projects. The impact of job site safety is significant, not only in minimizing injuries, but in our fundamental responsibility to the welfare of our workers, the overall job site, and our clients.
